If we cannot safely repair a vehicle that we would put our own kids in, we do not expect you to put your loved ones in that vehicle either. Thank you for being patient with me. This was a very scary situation and I believe I was being watched when they tried stealing my car. Lucky the 4 guys I caught on camera didn't car jack me. Caused a lot of anxiety and the unknown when parts would be available. I am wondering if it is time to trade in. But anyway, thank you for all your help!

I love the work that Auto Body Concepts have done for me over the last couple of years. The only downside this time was my latest fixes took longer than anticipated. But not by much. Staff let me know right away once done so that I could turn in my rental and pick up my car. The guys even stayed a little later that night so I could pick up before they closed. Would highly recommend!

When I called, everyone who picked up the phone was very professional. My suggestion for better customer service is that you as a company, call and update your clients on the status of their cars. I didn't hear anything about the progress of my car unless I called myself.
