Communication was poor. I had to initiate all calls for updates. Refund of payment was not initiated until a week late and only upon my follow up.

Thank you Athena for your help with my car. Everything went well and the car was fixed on time. You also sent the final invoice to USAA so they can try to recover what I paid from the other insurance company since the accident wasn’t my fault.
