I got new head light in front, the light was not adjusted at all so currently light is totally pointing in wrong direction, disturbing the upcoming traffic. They are not professional at all to forget about adjusting the light when they installed the new head light.

No progress report at all during the report although they mentioned I would get twice a week email update. I never received any email update nor phone call to let me know the progress at all. I had to call all the time if I want to know the repair status. When I drop off or pick up the car, they have no idea that I was coming although I called before and made appointment of the time I came. very irresponsible and disrespectful to customers. No way I am coming back to this shop in future. Will not recommend this place at all to my family and friends.
