Have all my repairs except one done by Auto Body Excellence. They always done a great job. The only job not done them I wish USAA had reconsidered since I had problems with their work. The next repair I insisted on USAA using Auto Body Excellence.

After picking up my car, I have discovered that the window on the right rear passenger door does not raise at the same speed as the other windows. This window is on the door where work was done. The car looks great but there is an issue with this window that I would like to have your folks look at and correct. Thanks.

Car looks great and Nadine was so nice and helpful. She even gave me a Starbucks gift card. Unfortunately my driver side front tire came away with a huge nail in it. I felt it as soon as I started the car. I figured it was a rock and proceeded to work. Coworker thinks it's a fastener because it's in a washer. Could this have happened inside the shop?

As with all my previous experiences with Auto Body Excellence over the span of several years, I am completely satisfied with overall quality of the outstanding repair to my truck - it looks factory new! The professionalism of Nasine Gray and one of her assistants is to be emulated by any business! They are the BEST! Coordinating with my insurance company made the evolution painless. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to meet the crew that actually did the repairs but I salute them as being tops on their field!! To say that the staff is amazing is an understatement! Thanks very much????
