The repair is still not completed. We are still waiting on a call that the missing trim parts have arrived so that we can go have them installed. It has been 2.5 weeks since we picked up the car and were told that the repair wasn’t complete. The only contact we’ve had since was when I called a week ago for an update.

The quality of the work done was excellent as far as I was able to determine. The only issue I was not happy about was waiting five weeks before being able to bring the car in for repairs. Since that is a situation that is beyond your control. I gave you a 10 for very satisfied. The members of your staff that I had the pleasure of dealing with all seemed very professional.
