The young lady who did the initial estimate was very courteous and helpful. With the car being in the shop for over 6 weeks, it would have been good to get a weekly update on progress or parts still being waited on.

No calls, although I was told I would receive a call when parts arrived with an estimation of completion & again when the car was ready. I made periodic calls to check on progress so I could determine how long I would need the rental. On the morning the rental car had to be returned, I called again to see when my car would be ready & was advised that it would be ready that day. Fortunately I called before I rented the car again for a week.
