I took my car to server repair shops and all of them was going to take 3 dash go get it fix when I walk in with this place the told me it would take them a day since the car was drivable it was no since for them to keep my car awesome right well this was new year week we Jade plans to travel out of state it turn out they told me to bring in on Monday so they can work on it since Thursday was New Years Thursday would been 4 day a one day job took them over a week I didn’t get my car back I tule the following Tuesday ruined my New Years worse shoot ever not to meaning the job wasn’t done right not happy with the work quality would never bring any business to them again

When I was called that my car was ready early in the morning I wasn’t notified that y’all would be closing early during that call. I got a text from employee 30 minutes before closing unable to make arrangements to get the rental back so I could get the security deposit back. I should have been notified what time y’all were closing when called being told my vehicle was ready.

Had to return truck for more repairs missed in initial visit. Was very disappointed in the misses and errors made originally. Hood still seems to need to be clear coated. I came to your business at the local Ford dealer recommendation.

Took a little longer than I was told but it wasn't a problem since my daughter usually takes us where we need to go. the work was impeccable and the people in the front office were kind and courteous. I will think of you again if the situation arises. God Bless.
