Truck was brought in for repair of body damage caused by tree branches that fell on the truck during a recent windstorm. when I picked it up after being completed, I noticed a couple of dents still in the driver's door. I asked why it was not repaired and was told that they thought it was pre-existing damage, even though repairs were made above and in front of these dents, and no one from the shop bothered to call and ask me about them. Was then advised they could keep the truck and do another estimate for these "additional repairs".

Phenomenal staff and workmanship. I appreciate the updates and offering to get me my rig early since it was waiting for a non critical part. I chose to just wait but that was awesome to think of me being able to use the truck for the weekend. I feel genuine authentic interactions from the staff.
