Went into Auto Body Specialties because I’m close by and I drive by on a daily so they were my first choice. Kale greeted me and gave me the rundown on the damage I received from vandalism. Gave me a quote and I got ahold of insurance and got the ball rolling. Got me in immediately and finished earlier than expected. Great experience all around.

Repair time was half the time another shop said they would need. I was able to get a decal replaced. Everyone was very friendly toward me and toward each other in the shop. The floor mat in my car was so clean when I got the car back! Thank you everyone!

Obviously, I dropped off my truck on the scheduled day, and it sat in the parking lot all day without being worked on. I had to make arrangements to drop it off again the next day. I only received, I'm sorry, no discount, just sorry.

I was disappointed that I was given an appointment for work to be completed, I dropped off my truck on said day and the work was NOT completed. It sat in the parking lot all day and was not worked on. I had to drop it off again the next day to get the work completed. The only thing I received was, I'm sorry. I was not offered any discount, just sorry. I had to inconvenience someone on 2 days to pick me up and drop me off.
