The work appears great; the staff were knowledgeable and genuinely nice; I appreciated the ride to pick up my car when it was done and the biggest “like” was the bid they offered was very reasonable compared to other bids.

They explained the claim process with my insurance Progressive. They made an appt for my vehicle in a reasonable time frame. Finished product is excellent.

Every interaction with Auto Body Specialties was professional and honest. They returned phone calls in a timely manner when awaiting delivery of replacement parts for my vehicle. My only wish was that they initiated communication about the status of my vehicle being completed, ut I might understand that that information was supposed to come from Progressive.

Was going to buff out opposite headlight and did not. Was told 3 different pick up dates.
