Getting the vehicle in, the communication was excellent. Likely due to holiday transitions, communication on getting the vehicle returned was limited. Excellent service and repairs aside from needing to check in (during transitional hours only).

Had my daughters Cadillac in 2 weeks before my truck.

Dropped off truck to have repaired due to US 131 three lane expansion. I had a dump truck pull out of the construction zone with dump gate not locked. Needless to say my truck looked like it was shot with a shotgun. Major stone/chip repair was needed due to the amount of gravel that dump out on the highway. They did a great job with all aspects of the repair. Paint matched perfectly. All body lines perfect. They also offered me a loaner shop car to drive while repairs were being made at no charge. I don’t have rental car coverage on my insurance so this saved me a ton of money due to the lengthy time of repair. I was unable to pick up my newly repaired truck during the normal business hours and staff suggested they could come in on Saturday for pickup. The estimator, front office staff, and auto body guys were very professional and I would highly recommend. A+++
