This is the first type of repair from a collision I've experience in over 10 years. Repairing vehicles are more complex and working with various representatives was a positive experience.

When I arrived for pick-up, I noted a small defect in the repair. This was confirmed by staff and will require additional re-work for correction. I have confidence the repair will be completed correctly the 2nd time. Other than this the remaining repairs were completed with perfection. The dentless repair for the door ding was amazing work and I can't tell where the door dent was.

Everyone was so helpful throughout the whole process. They kept me informed when additional damages were found. And the work was done before I expected. They worked with my insurance so there was minimal stress.
