Work was not complete so now I have bring vehicle back an on top of that I have blue paint splatter on all over my cargo door between the bumper an rear window. Highly disappointed.

It appears The window was not checked to see if it was working. It does not go all the way up and automatically goes down - there is internal friction. This is totally frustrating as bringing the car back means a trip completely out of my way and additional time spent on the weekend.

Everything important was handled very well, virtually perfect. A couple of very minor things were not perfect. e.g. There are multiple circular holes in the rear bumper that come with a plug filling the hole. After the car was returned to us we noticed that one of these plugs was missing. Actually, our biggest problem was completing your more complete survey on my iPhone6. My phone and your server did not communicate well, and I eventually gave up in frustration. Paul Berk

I appreciate the photo update feature your business offered. I also appreciate the quick help of your staff with the passenger door handle. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Receptionist was polite and professional, great to work with. Overall, GREAT customer service.
