Auto Center Collision is a family-owned business serving the central coast community and beyond since 1995. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs on all foreign and domestic cars, trucks, SUVs and hybrids in a timely manner. Here at Auto Center Collision, we offer a limited lifetime warranty on all repairs. We offer body, paint and frame repairs. Frame measuring and pulling available. We work with ALL insurance companies. Also, communication is key, so we keep the customer "in the loop" throughout the repair process via text, phone calls or emails.

I’m never completely satisfied, but I was completely satisfied with the owner John taking responsibility for the work that he did, ;he was prompt, professional, polite, courteous, kind, and respectful, and did a good job on the jeep. If it bubbles or bleeds in two years, I will take it back because the work was guaranteed through Allstate. John also said he would make it right so overall yes I’m satisfied.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with an auto body shop, which I feel compelled to share with others. My car had some minor damages that needed fixing, so I decided to take it to this particular shop based on their seemingly positive reputation. However, what followed was a nightmare. Upon picking up my vehicle, I noticed new damages that were not present before. It was evident that the auto body shop had caused these additional issues during the repair process. Shocked and frustrated, I immediately brought this to the attention of the staff. To my disbelief, instead of acknowledging their mistake and taking responsibility, the shop personnel outright refused to admit any wrongdoing. They accused me of fabricating the damages in an attempt to hold them accountable. This accusation was not only insulting but also deeply hurtful, as it completely dismissed my honesty and integrity. I provided them with ample evidence, including photographs of my car before and after the repair, clearly highlighting the new damages caused by their negligence. However, they continued to deny any involvement and insisted that the damages were already present. Their refusal to rectify the additional damages and their unfounded accusations left me feeling helpless and betrayed. As a customer who entrusted them with the care of my vehicle, I expected honesty, professionalism, and a commitment to resolving any issues that arose during the repair process. Unfortunately, this auto body shop failed to meet even the most basic standards of customer service. I strongly advise anyone considering using this auto body shop to think twice. Their lack of integrity, refusal to take responsibility for their mistakes, and unjust accusations against customers are clear indicators of their untrustworthiness. It is disappointing to see a business prioritize their own interests over the satisfaction and well-being of their customers. Very accommodating willing to provide transportation if needed courteous and professional keeping me informed on progress of veh repairs and I’m very impressed and pleased on how professional and nice I wast treated beginning with the receptionist from 1 to 10 I give them 10 plus I would recommend them to friends and families
