You guys did a very nice job on my Citadel/-thank you. One request, Please d like a small amount of the “billet silver” color please—I can touch up a few tiny scratches elsewhere on my fave car. I would .. BUT I WOULD tell them to triple check odometer and unfortunately not to leave anything inside, if they treated my car like a trash can I don’t know what they are capable of

I recently brought my vehicle to Caliber Collision for repairs, and while the front-of-house customer service was truly exceptional, the experience was unfortunately let down by a lack of respect for my personal property and vehicle privacy in the back. The Positives: 10/10 Front-End Service * Alex (Service/Advisor): Alex was fantastic and handled everything a 10/10. His communication throughout the process was A1, and the way he navigated the entire experience made scheduling and coordination seamless. * The Receptionist: The receptionist was also wonderful. Small, welcoming interactions like that really go a long way when dealing with the stress of car repairs. The Issues: Privacy & Professionalism in the Shop Unfortunately, my experience took a frustrating turn once I got back into my vehicle and realized how the repair crew handled it: * Unnecessary Bluetooth Connection: Whoever was working on my car inside the shop connected multiple Bluetooth devices to my phone. I honestly don't understand why a technician needed to connect any kind of device for a mechanical or body repair, and it was quite annoying to have to manually revert all my settings back. * Leftover Trash: The technician left their breakfast trash inside my car—specifically a 16 oz coffee cup and a cheese danish wrapper. Leaving garbage behind in a customer’s vehicle is unprofessional and shows a lack of basic courtesy. * Uncommunicated Mileage: I understand that my car was taken out for a wash as part of the service, but upon checking my odometer, it appeared some extra driving was done beyond just a standard wash route. While it might be buried somewhere in the paperwork, having upfront communication about test drives or extra transit would be greatly appreciated so customers aren't left guessing. Final Thoughts Alex and the front desk staff set a high standard for customer service, but the lack of care and professionalism shown by whoever worked on my car in the shop brings this score down. Better communication regarding vehicle handling and basic respect for personal space would easily turn this into a 5-star experience.
