Took a long time to repair and extended by 7-8 days. They had promised me to take care of small dent in the front as part of repair since they were going to paint .. No response and i had to call and ask when it would be ready.. Car was also not washed .. Maybe washed few days back..

Work they did was good but they had told me initially that they would also take care of small dent but when I came to collect the car they said they cannot do as its not part of repair. Why promise initially then

My car was dirty at the time of delievery. Truck compartments were Spartans I had my Honda repaired here a month a ago and u was very satisfied so we got into an accident i pick this body shop to repair my car. This bodyshop was not in the other party's insurance interest.i was very disappointed to receive a dirty car. I live in Hayward and decided to get my car repaired in Hayward to keep the taxes and business locally

This was the WORST experience ever!! I waited a whole month just for minor repairs and than when I recieved the call saying that my car was ready for pick up, my husband and I checked out the paint work and noticed paint drips on the bumper. We kept our vehicle there to repair the paint drips. I recived an email stating that my vehicle was ready to be picked up the second time. We waited an whole entire hour for them to bring our vehicle out, when asked why it took so long, Rito the manager stated because they had to wipe down the windows.. Does it really take 60 minutes to clean windows?? I'm sorry, but you've lost a customer! I will never come back to ACC aging! Worst experience by far!

WOW! Exceeded my expectations! Everyone was friendly, polite, and went out of their way to be as helpful as possible. On top of all that, the repairs were done perfectly and amazingly quickly. When I picked up the car, it was immaculately detailed. I brought the car in dirty on the outside and full of dog fur on the inside. It was returened looking like it just came out of the showroom. You folks almost made it a pleasure to be in an accident. Thanks to you all - Howard Celnik
