The work on the car was great.However the communication on the process of how long it would take, why, and estimate on the finish date were terrible. I was initially quoted 2 weeks which was long to begin with in my opinion being from the auto industry had I had to rent a car thst would have started another extreme expense, the texts at first on the process were OK, the week I was due to get the car the texts stopped midweek, and I had to call after the expected time of pickup to get a status because I had heard nothing and I was met with rudeness not only by the technician on the phone but the lady in the background. I was told my car Wouldn't be ready for another week that time change when your app still stated that day 10/10 @ 4pm as it had since the day I dropped it off. The women in the back ground was saying the quote was for the 17th which I was never told, and the tech kept adding is be called when it was ready very poor customer service. I have been using your company for over 10yrs and referring people to you but with customer service like that ot make me question continuing to do so. Thankfully my vehicle was done well so I will so consider using and referring got but with caution to the service internally.

Excellent service. Provide great communication with my husband, but all the information did not get back to me. I wish an email was also sent. Once I did share that concern I was emailed after that. I would recommend them and use them again in the future.

I'm so glad I brought my Model Y here after a little fender bender earlier this year. A little while after the insurance took care of the claim, I brought the car in to get my front bumper and light fixed and they took such good care of me. They kept me in the loop with text updates every day and even did a complimentary cleaning of the inside.
