There's no need to contact me. The manager and I don't see eye to eye on this issue and he was pretty upset. I will take my car to a different shop.

Automobile Collision Center did a terrible job with our new Tesla. They repaired the damage from the accident but in doing so scratched the car in other parts. When I brought it up to the attention of the manager, they agreed to repaint those parts (the hood). I received the car with more scratches and a couple of dents. Basically the whole front of the car needs to be repainted but the manager refused and said I brought in the car with all those defects. Bright new car and we paid and extra $2K for that specific color when we bought the car which is now ruined. This is my wife's new car and we are very upset. I'm dealing with the insurance company now to see what can be done. Hopefully we can take it somewhere else as we don't trust this shop. The manager of the shop was rude when I brought up all the damage they did. Terrible experience!

Repair for my Tesla Model Y was good. Raul went to above by touching up a scratch that was not involved in the actual repair which we appreciate. I think if there’s something to work on, is the promise time. The vehicle was estimated to be done within a week but took over basically almost 2 weeks. It extended my rental fees which was the downside of the delay. But overall the repair on my vehicle looks good
