I really appreciate the fantastic customer service and body work. I can’t express how happy I was to find the interior of my car detailed as well. With two kids under 3 years old it’s not something I have time to do often and really appreciated it!

I’d like to tell you the reason I chose your shop was due to my follow up call. I went to several repair shops to obtain estimates. The rep at the Hamburg location took the extra step to follow up on that estimate. Everyone I experienced at this shop was very pleasant. I’d especially like to let you know that Nadiem was very friendly, professional and extremely nice to work with. I hope that you have some sort of employee kudos. Since I purchased my new Fusion in 2017, I have been rear ended, and rammed into while in a roundabout. This trip, was after I noticed a red vehicle decided to leave some of their paint and some scratches on my passenger side while parked in a parking lot 🤬 This is my THIRD experience with this business and I’ll tell you why. Their work is excellent. My repairs have been completed on time or earlier. They coordinate with a nearby car rental allowing the rental to be delivered and returned at the repair shop. My car is clean when it’s returned to me. The shop is clean and the staff friendly. I hope I never have to go back🙄 but they would be my first choice if necessary and I recommend them frequently.
