Communication skills were amazing - From time I walked in to drop vehicle off thru picking up. Kept me in the loop during repair time and honored the deadline given to me. Every last detail of the collision repair needed on my vehicle was expertly handled by the Hamburg location of Auto Collision and Glass. A blown out passenger window, including millions of bits of glass in the interior, abrasions to the paint on the exterior, and chips / dents to the door are now a distant memory. Staff was courteous and the rental car arrangement during repair were perks of the job. Well done!!

Repair was quick and on time. Workers were respectful of my car, and cleaned it!! Which was nice. Also noticed that my window washer fluid was filled to,as it was empty upon bringing it in. Overall was satisfied with a good job! Paint looked nice, would bring my car back.
