Call me 847-890-0924. if you want to hear more, I’m happy to fill you in. I had an absolutely horrible experience being a female and coming to the shop. The owner tried to make me believe that the big scratch in the side of my car and windshield that was cracked where my problem and I need to go home with my car like that. He told me he slap some paint on the side where the scratch was and that’s the most that they can do. When I called State Farm to inquire about why all the damage to my car was not fixed, they told me he is absolutely incorrect, and he could’ve just submitted another adjustment for things he found along the way . He absolutely did not do that and tried to make me go home with my car like this my car is a leased car and I have to turn it in in a week so I would’ve ended up going to the dealership and probably having to pay at least $3000 out-of-pocket to fix the windshield and the scratch . It was really unbelievable what the guy did and I don’t understand it because he could’ve made more money off of my car. He appeared to seem to be an employee that just wanted to go home but I don’t believe that is the case I think he owned the place.

I had a great experience, great service from the time I dropped my car off. They took me to get my rental after letting me that rental service would most likely be late picking me up. And then to find out that owner who actually took me to pick up the rental,graduated from my old high school in Chicago. I knew everything would be a home run. Thanks Auto Collision Rebuilders.
