I “Googled” ..”Best auto body shops near me”.. and it was true!!! Juan was my initial contact and due to his professionalism as well as his friendly demeanor … I felt confident in coming in for an estimate on my car repair needs. Juan was extremely thorough in explaining the process and providing an estimate … he answered all my questions completely and respectfully. My job was completed quickly and it looks beautiful ! I did not meet/know who did the actual work… Carlos was great! He further explained details of the finished job when I picked up my car…the team went beyond the call of duty as they buffed out other areas of the car that had marks/scuffs/wear and tear which needed attention . Wrigley…. was the BEST of all!!!

ACR did a wonderful job repairing my car following a hit/run. They explained the process fully and kept in regular contact with me regularly to explain delays (parts needed) and made sure that the car was completely repaired before returning it to me. The air bag light came on following the accident and they took extra steps to make sure the air bags would be fully operational when returned to me. They were helpful with advice on my insurance policy for rental cars when I took a vacation during the repairs so I would not be charged for the rental. The repairs were impeccable and even more impressive? My car was returned cleaner than it has ever been (I have a dog and I left my car with them full of hair… and dust…). It looked like new, both inside and out. They were fantastic reminding me about details (remove iPass etc.) and treated me so respectfully.
