The work on the car was done very well. It looks great. The process was a bit more stressful than I anticipated due to some communication gaps. Scheduling: We received several different updates regarding parts and paint status that made it difficult to manage our schedule. We would have been perfectly fine with a longer wait time if we had known upfront, as it’s much easier for us to plan around a conservative estimate than to adjust for daily delays. Final Delivery: When we arrived for the final pickup, it felt a bit rushed, and the car hadn't yet been cleaned (outside) or fully double-checked to make sure everything was working properly. Estimates: We also wanted to mention the final cost. The original estimate of $1,600 ended up being over $3,500. We completely understand that unexpected things come up once you start a repair, but such a significant jump was a bit of a shock. Again, we are happy with the end result, and we're sharing this in hopes that it helps with future customer updates. A bit more transparency on "worst-case" timing and potential cost increases would have made the whole experience much smoother for us.
