I understand that things happen, but there was not any proactive communication. I had to reach out to get information and it was rarely accurate. I think rather than over promise and under deliver they should have under promised and over delivered.

Absolutely. Every step of the repair was top notch in customer service and quality. The estimate was easy to walk in and get, (and A.U.T.O Collision came in several hundred dollars less than two competing garages). I was able to have my vehicle serviced between the Christmas and new year holidays, and the quality of the work was as good as new. My vehicle was done when they said it would be, and the icing on the cake was that the car had been cleaned and vacuumed when I picked it up. I just had a bumper replaced, but they went that extra step by washing the exterior and vacuuming the interior.

Car was there 4-5 days longer than expected, a mechanic was sick (which is understandable) then they forgot to order a part which caused a delay. Got my car back only to find that they didn’t repair my tire rim, that was damaged from the accident. Was told during the inspection it would be repaired. Owner offered to repair after the fact, but at this point it was a huge inconvenience. Should have been repaired like they said and while it was there for two weeks. In addition, one of my tires got a nail in it while at the shop. When I drove off their parking lot I got a low pressure warning. Put air in my tire, next day it went flat. Checked and there was a nail in it. Took tire to a tire shop and it was too close to the wall so had to buy a new tire which put me out another week of not being able to use my car.

First of all Chris is the nicest person you ever want to deal with. He walks you thru everything from the beginning to end. My car looks great & staff is helpful & knowledgeable. Keeps you updated on vehicle almost everyday so you know exactly what is going on. Thank you to all of staff at A.U.T.O. give 5 stars!!
