So helpful and communicative. The minute I noticed something not quite right they fixed it right away even gave me a ride home offered me a ride back. And they were ok when I wasn’t able to pick up my truck right away

I didn't love how long it took to get done, I was told it would take a week and it ended up being about 3 weeks. We were also quoted wrong and the quote had to be requoted with a higher price; however, the truck looks like new and we are pleased with the end result! We could definitely recommend Auto Collision to friends and family.

Overall I think they did a good job in identifying the parts that needed to be replaced and in matching those panels to the rest of the car. There were some dried drips of paint along the inner edge of the lift gate, not very noticeable. Also, my car came back smelling strongly of cigarette smoke in the interior. It took several weeks for the smell to subside.

For some reason my contact information is on file for my company when I am just a technician. I've had them changing updated more than five times, I replied stop to your messages and yet I still get texts from you. Please for the love of all that is holy stop messaging me and remove my phone number from your files. I've given you the proper contact information for the area managers at the office more than four times.
