Another shop said my frame was bent and they couldn’t fix it so insurance made me take it here. They said they could fix it and the frame is not bent. They patched up the bent brackets on the bumper, did an alignment and called it good. Car still pulls to the right which they are blaming on my tires. I can see a gap in my rear bumper that attaches to the frame. The gap on the left is bigger than the right. The work looks good but I don’t trust them. Not sure if they can tell if a frame is bent when it’s not a major bend.

Not satisfied at all, my car was in the shop for a month in the shop for a small repair and it was not completed right, the adjustor said to bring back the car yo have a new bumper fascia installed, im out of the US but I will be contacting the shop upon my return on May 1st to have my car done properly. Extremely dissatisfied.
