Every thing that was repaied looked good accept they left the painters tape on the bumper i pulled it off..no big deal. Also the black trim pieces that went around the rear fender wells were removed and not replaced. Also when they called about replacing the winshield regulator they said it would be 1000.00 and they said the rails and all the pieces inside the door were gone. I told them that the day before me and my insurance adjustor looked inside the door panel to take pictures of the damage. All those pieces were there and it was just a snapped cable. So were the pieces there or not??? Yes they were so...that means they were trying to lie to raise the price? So then when i told them that i would bring them a picture they said all i needed was a regulator motor and it would be 600! Jesus! So i called around at local auto shops and found them fron 180 to 250! When i called back they said they would look and find one that wasnt acura brand...come on its a 1998 the window just needs fixed not with an acura part. Anyway then they called back and the part plus repair went down to 319 now that is acceptable. Also they could of cleaned the bottom of the widshield after the repair. At the end of the day all the repairs were done and all looks nice. I just wouldn't bring my car back here if my insurance company wasn't paying the bill because the whole deal with the window regulator seemed fishy and kind of dishonest thats all..but yes the repairs were done correctly and the car was super clean and the sterio was done nicely as well! Thank you!

One item needed fixing after the initial work by Auto Craft. Breanna did a great job of connecting us with their auto glass subcontractor to finish the job. Except for a minor inconvenience with having to schedule a second day of work on the car, it all went very smoothly and we are happy with the results.

Everything looks good except for the one aforementioned window-glass replacement, which should be resolved by their auto-glass installer within the next few days.

It took a little longer than we had hoped, and the auto-glass and one of the auto-glass replacements needs to be redone by their subcontractor, but all in all it's been a good experience.
