Having worked in a body shop 50 years ago, the quality, technical expertise is second to none. A deer ran into passenger door and Auto Craft went beyond my expectation. When I picked up the car, after repair it looked as it came off the the assembly line and then âdetailed.â Color match is perfect and blended with roof, back done as well as engine body panels. The gap of the door is most impressive and better than the passenger door. I have already referred two friends and will tell everyone the best shop in Eugene / Springfield. Staff is highly motivated and extremely knowledgeable, pefectionalist and efficient. I especially liked the text messages I received on the progress of my repair. USAA was correct in saying Auto Craft is the best shop closest to my home. I will tell USAA to send everyone to Auto Craft. I am amazed and extremely happy with the way they fixed my car.

I wrote in an earlier survey, I had worked in a body shop while in high school and college. I comment on the technical expertise, artistic paint matching, and knowledge base. I commented on perfect ?gap? opening for the door rammed by a buck dear. I have recommend two friends to take their vehicles to Auto Craft.

The subaru looks perfect. Reminds me of the Beatle lyric "got to be good looking because its so hard to see." Great work on the metal and paint and nice to have the car washed and cleaned some inside. Expensive but I need to have the car repaired at least once a month to keep it clean. Thanks
