Based on my interaction with Jeff, I would not recommend working with him. Based on the repair and paint quality that was done, yes. That paint is difficult to spray, I know that. The paint is beautiful and I appreciate how that all looks.

The vehicle was not repaired to my satisfaction. A spot that I repeatedly told Jeff about was not fixed. He gave us excuse after excuse and quite frankly was rude while he did it. Then when I spoke with State Farm, they informed me “you don’t think it was caused by the accident”. Excuse me? Were you there? It WAS caused by the accident. My car was perfect before it got hit. Then, the rear hatch doesn’t close properly and he blamed that on Kendall. They helped me the day after the accident so it would at least close. Why would you not fix it instead of blaming someone else? I expected a much higher quality of customer service considering the reference that Dave Swenson gave us. I want it fixed properly. I will not be dealing with Jeff going forward. Someone else can call me and if State Farm denies the repair I will be livid because Jeff didn’t listen to me from the beginning when I told him 3 times. Super frustrating when he didn’t even listen to me.

Now? I did speak to Tisha once and she was far superior to the interactions I had with Jeff. The quality of what was done looks great except for the two things I listed.
