Overall good, but there were scratches from the accident that did not get fixed as well as new scratches on opposite side of vehicle caused by Auto Design. When I brought these up they were simply gone over quickly with some kind of filler rather than fixed properly.

I was originally told that I would get an update twice weekly, but I had to call nearly every time to get some kind of update. Jen always had an excuse and rarely took any kind of ownership for delays or reasons she hadn’t called me.
