⸻ I’m extremely pleased with the service I received from this body shop. They replaced a broken window on my car and did an outstanding job — precise, professional, and very detail-oriented. What stood out most to me was their reliability; the repair was completed exactly when promised. On top of that, my car was returned spotless inside and out, exceeding even my husband’s high standards for cleanliness. I truly appreciate their workmanship and professionalism and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality auto body repair.

Work sucks

Auto Design failed , truck bed and bumpers not installed correctly, Front end pulling to the rt.Auto Design failed to give estimate and mechanical descriptions to client.COMPLAINTS BEING FILLED WITH IPLA. CONSUMER PROTECTION WITH ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE

Broke COMUNICATIONS and Truck was not put back together properly , causing client to send back out for another company to repair work done by SICK AUTO DESIGN

Mr. Krutul was completely happy with the repair until we had to explain to him that the issue with his headlights was NOT accident related. Neither headlight was busted, yet both loose, because whoever put the LED bulbs in never locked them back into place, not because of accident, or something would have been broken. His headlamps were not working correclty, high beam would work but not low beam, the other was intermittent flashing then coming on, then shutting down. We explained to him it is the AFT LED bulbs, and a lot of vehicles with Daytime running lamps, need a DRL module installed for the load of the bulbs to be distributed correctly, or it can cause a ton of problems and possibly fry your ECM. After that he told us to just fix it, they were in an accident, something I would have loved to do if i had any evidence to link to claim, but there was not. Since we did not, we all of a sudden became horrible, even after we got new bulbs, diagnosed everything for free, tested everything for free, removed & installed led bulbs and oem bulbs for free, & gifted him two new fog lamp casings & bulbs we had, just to help out because we understand how much it sucks when things like this happen. There was no pleasing him no matter what we did. He then decided to completely fabricate conversations, accuse us of Insurance Fraud, & flat out lie to not only an attorney, but also myself & the insurance company. Its unfortunate Mr. Krutul obviously is having a hard time right now & is currently in adverse situations with multiple companies, saying they did wrong things, when the reality is Mr Krutul only speaks, & doesnt listen, causing him to jump to conclusions, not use logic, & because he doesnt hear what he wants to hear, throw temper tantrums. If you are in situations where youre having "issues" against multiple operations, its time to look at the common denominator. We wish him nothing but the best, and hope things get better for him so he can focus on getting better
