Fast efficient service, got parts when others couldn’t get them, matched the paint perfectly. Even though they were only repairing two passenger side doors, when they were done, they detailed the entire car.

Very courteous and professional staff. I stopped in without an appointment and asked for an estimate for needed tepairs on my car. Received a thorough estimate immediately and scheduled an appointment for the work which was completed in 7 days. Right before Thanksgiving.Excellent job, car was completely cleaned when I picked it up. I was very pleased with the outcome, would highly recommend.

Repairs were done on time and on budget. My vehicle looks fantastic! Only drawback is that new license plate was not attached as discussed and I had to wait for it to be attached (and then they put the old one back on so had to wait for that to be removed and the real new one to be attached). But overall a great experience!

I cannot say enough about the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff. It is such a pleasure to interact with them in every way. It’s a shame I would only see them under the unhappy circumstances that would bring me there in the first place, but the pleasantness makes it much less unhappy!

Customer Sevice started off strong with Rita communicating with me. Car was returned to me without all the work being done. The plastic protective film wasn’t applied. An appointment was made to have this done on 9/22. Then on 9/15 I started getting messages asking me when I was dropping the car off. We cleared up that it was scheduled for 9/22. On 9/22 when I drop it off at the dealership in Nashua, they didn’t have me on the schedule, they didn’t have a loaner and the person who was supposed to be the contact had called out sick and left no instructions. After sitting at the dealership for an hour, we rescheduled to 10/5. Dropped the car off, they never got to it that day. I’m promised it would be done 10/6. 10/6 comes and they only did one bumper and left for the weekend. Didn’t get my car back until the end of the day on Monday 10/9/23.
