Very friendly and attentive people and the work they do is very thorough. The work on the rear bumper was very well done, except that there is still a dent on the handle. The work on the rear passenger side wheel well was perfect. Forgot to do the scratches on the front driver-side bumper.

You do good work but I was surprised that you told me that you would need the car for 3 weeks. I didn’t hear anything after 10 days so I called back in. I would really have liked to receive an email or a call when you started working on my car and then a progress report at the end of the week.
