I am very disappointed with the pricing. 1 year ago, the quote was 300 dollars cheaper. Also, you told me you would do your best to reuse a part but did not.

I had a great experience at Auto Eng Body Works. All the guys were great diagnosing my window problem and also fixing a few other things. Even with the supply chain issues, they were able to get the parts. Everyone was also so courteous. They are my go to place for repairs. I have used them a few times over the years. .

Excellent experience all around. Process was seamless- they dealt with insurance company, arranged for rental car, communicated well. My car looked great and the staff were so personable and professional. I cannot say enough. As I mentioned when I picked up my car- I hope I dont need you again, but if I do, I know my car would be in good hands, not to mention everyone there felt like “family”. Highly recommend!!!
