Really would have a hard time recommending a repair at your shop. Even after I received the car the dealership found basic issues with the rebuild like brakes not attached properly which created loud noise in front end.

Poor communication the only way I received an update was through your auto email update that just calculate days left for the collision fix. I received no less than 4 dates of completion. My service advisor told me he would call me weekly. I never received a proactive call from him I only received call backs if I called and left no less than 2 messages..

The repair work was done great. Very friendly crew too! The only thing lacking was communication. I had to call to find out when the work would be done so I could plan for picking up the car. Overall, everything was very smooth and timely. The finished work looks great. I am satisfied, and a happy customer!
