Just a little with communication. You got the job done, which it was done very well but we had some issues with when it was going to be done, and the set time.

There were places on the rear quarter panel with large bumps and uneven surfaces with poor paint job. It also doesn’t line up with the bumper. The scratches on the bumper next to the quarter panel were still there. Same for the right mirror. They were not even repaired. The car was dirty when I picked it up. They did quick wash outside in the cold but it was still dirty. The replaced door was very dirty inside and even still had marked writing of the part number on it!! Horrible experience.
