AEB is and by a wide margin the best auto body experience I've had in the 40 years I've been dealing with body shops. The main thing that distinguishes them is exceptional technicians whose goal is that you forget that the accident or incident ever happened. In my experience they achieve that goal and then some.. without standing customer service to match.. shoutouts to Dwayne and Rita for smoothly handling the usual bumps in the road with insurance reimbursement, and ensuring smooth and first class communication from start to finish! If I could give more than a rating of 10 I would give 11 or 12 because this is simply the best body shop in the Boston area you will ever find and even though they're backed up and typically booking out at least a month, it's really worth the wait to get this quality of service geared toward high-end European and Asian Vehicles repair correctly, and the first time! I hope not to need them again, but if I do there's no doubt I wouldn't even consider using another body shop other than AEB, unless they just couldn't schedule me in time due to extreme demand for their exceptional services.
