I was so disappointed with the Service I filled out paperwork for the Insurance and did not leave the car or get rental and no one called me for weeks and when I called you you said you didn’t forget about me but you did then you call me to bring the car in and you keep the car and when I get it back it has obvious damage in the area yo supposed to have fix so I leave the car and get it back days later I cannot use you guys again or recommend you to anyone and I was going to let you paint my BMW but I cannot. Thanks for finally finishing my Car!

Car bumper seemed painted in place, same chrome plastic strip still cracked still on the bumper ,back spray on black rubber around car ,now waiting for part and the cleaning or paint drips and back spray
