Auto-Glen managed the repair beautifully. They were polite, organized, and communicative. They completely managed working with my insurance company as well as setting up my rental car. The whole process was very smooth and I would certainly recommend their facility to others.

Overall the job was great considering all that was needed to be repaired. However I found chips in the paint on the rear bumper that wasn’t present prior to dropping the car off nor were they a part of the repairs that was needed.

Aside from Laurie at the front desk, the service was disappointing. I had about $5 in change for the parking meters, cherry Chapstik, a cheap but sentimental ring, and a jar of peanuts taken from my vehicle. Why? If they're willing to overlook the theft of minor things from a vehicle, what do they they overlook in making repairs? I would not trust Auto-Glen for future repairs. Quality assurance is not their concern.

Auto Glenn did a wonderful job repairing my vehicle after someone struck the door. They also did some additional paintwork on the body which came out great! They even cleaned my headlight for me and matched the paint to the part of the car that was already painted.
