Sandra was very pleasant and helpful. It was nice to be able to take care of the rental car at your facility and not have to go to another location. The text message update were nice but did not work as promised. We were told that we would recieve a text with each step of the process i.e. 1. The paint is being striped 2. No new damage was found 3. The clear coat is being applied. etc. We were very happy with the overall process.

The overall repair was done quickly and with a good level of quality, but one of the sensors that was replaced on the bumper didn't match the original sensors in color (it was grey instead of black).
