He took the time to explain everything, answered my questions, and even personally drove me to Enterprise so I wouldn’t have to wait for a ride. That level of customer service is rare these days. Throughout the repair process, I received regular updates from Jennifer so I always knew what was happening with my car. It gave me great peace of mind.
