My experience at Gerber was exceptional. The process was flawless and seamless. They took care of everything, from dealing with the insurance company and rental car company. They made everything very easy. Mist importantly, the quality of their work was superb and very fast. I was very impressed with service I received. I would highly recommend them to others.

Everything was seamless. Norma, the receptionist and David Diaz provided thorough service with the inspection and paperwork that needed to signed. When I dropped off and picked up the car, Norma had made arrangements for Enterprise to pick me up and made arrangements for them to pick the car up at Gerber. David explained exactly what was done on the car with the paperwork listing all the repairs that were made, along with providing to Allstate the inspection with updated costs. I will always recommend Gerber to anyone who gets in an accident for great service.

Overall repairs were great, just a minor door noise issue. I mentioned it when they were looking at the damages about the door noise and he said it might just be normal as someone else mentioned the same problem and it was just the noise of the door for them. Unfortunately that door where the impact of the accident occurred still makes the noise and none of the other doors on my car make a noise. Also, I did have prior water damage to my car because of the sprinklers in front of my house but when they washed my car at the end they poorly washed it and left water all over it including windshield rear trunk inside the doors and side mirrors. I only had water damage on the sides and wheels and now there is water damage completely all over the car due to the wash afterwards.. I don’t want to make a bad review of give back poor feedback as everyone was friendly at gerber but maybe just take into consideration the customers concerns and not try to rush the project I did get back my car in 4 days which was awesome but I’m still not satisfied completely plus the additional water damage
