Natalie at the front desk was very helpful and kind. Carlos was awesome in communicating and very knowledgeable every step of the way in repairing my car. When an issue came up with insurance, GM Robert was honest and understanding. I had a great experience with Gerber.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate Robert and Carlos. They were incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely caring throughout the entire repair process. While they weren’t the ones doing the actual body work, they took the time to carefully assess everything and made sure the repairs were being done properly and that nothing was overlooked. What really stood out to me was how much they cared about making sure I was taken care of. They were patient, attentive, and always willing to help or answer any questions. Knowing they were keeping an eye on the details gave me great peace of mind. Thank you, Robert and Carlos, for going above and beyond and for treating me with such kindness and respect. Your professionalism and genuine care made a stressful situation so much easier. I’m truly grateful for everything you did!
