They should've checked the vehicle thoroughly before calling the owner for pick up to avoid waste of time of sending back the vehicle in cases of any missed calculations or repairs.

Though the communication was lacking at the beginning, everyone went out of their to make amends for not keeping me updated. In the end I can say I am totally satisfied. I do want to mention that Jessie went above and beyond to make sure I was totally pleased. The entire staff were very professional and should be commended.
