Jennifer, the receptionist, is courteous, friendly & competent. Craig is professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and polite. He’s been our service rep for many years. We wouldn’t go anywhere else because of the excellent service we get. The job was completed as promised and the repair work was excellent.
