Had the vehicle longer than anticipated and it wouldn't start when we went to pick up. Had a brake light out and a reverse light out when we picked it up and they weren't when we took it in. Bed liner was put back in wrong and was buckled

There is many reason to not be satisfied but I would be absolutely blown away if a representative contacts me since that would be the most contact Ive had from your business in the time my vehicle was being repaired and that was just over 2 months. And my vehicle is not even completely repaired!!!!

+Very nice, good communication, repairs done and look very nice. -repairs took longer then quoted, unable to be billed for repairs so could not pick up vehicle until check could be mailed from corporate office.
