My vehicle is fixed and looking good again. Their customer service is amazing! It is memorial day and they were closing early. They made sure someone would be in the office for when I could pick up my vehicle, even when closed. I am grateful for their kindness in accommodating me!

Ever since I got my tie rod end replaced, Now I’m hearing a lot of creaking and a few other noises in the front end on my truck. Trying to think if I drive it for a while it will quit or get worse so I know what the noise is What would you recommend?

took too long and cost me more for a rental due to not fixing it on time. they kept puttiing it off. also there are scratches and dents on the hood of the car not there before .

I kind of feel like the most minimal work as possible was done to my vehicle. The right front of my car was trashed from hitting a deer. When I got my car back after a month and a half-my vehicle seems repaired but my right front tire has no more air than when it went into the shop. I also feel like they could have detailed the inside a little bit. 🤷🏽♀️ I mean over 10,000 dollars worth of work & no extra air in the tire and no detailing. Ehh I’m not super impressed.

Over all everyone was kind. But I think I maybe recieved one follow up phone call. After recieving a notification that my car had already been picked up- I had to call and check on the status of my vehicle.
