Repair quality was great. Repair time frame was not. Quoted 2-3 weeks but was in shop for 8. If knowledge of increased repair time is available, please reflect that to the customer.

Absolutely dissatisfied with Dan and the staff at Autobahn. My windshield was supposed to be part of the claim, Dan and I walked the car, he put a green check mark on it and said he'd make sure it would get done. My claim adjuster was also aware the windshield was included with the initial claim. Somehow it got missed. Dan had my car from Dec 10 2024 until I picked it up on Friday, Feb 21st 2025 I was so excited to finally get my car back, I walked up to it, it was looking great until I saw the windshield! HOW DO YOU PUT THE CAR BACK TOGETHER WITH A BROKEN WINDSHIELD! Seriously though, why wouldn't someone say something, like hey Ms , we see your windshield is broken should we submit a claim? Don't you think that would have been the best way to handle this? I was so upset when I was there, I kept telling Dan, please just let me pay for my car and leave but he kept scrambling because he knew he messed up. Followed me out to my car trying to talk to me. Dan said that my car was getting detailed but it was not detailed. I took pictures, my car was so dirty, the dash board, console, didn't vacuum. I was very disappointed from the start with Dan and Autobahn. I was running late for my drop off appointment, I called and let the girl know. When I got there, the first thing Dan said is you're late! I should have walked out and gone to another shop. I'm mad I didn't especially after everything that happened. I will not recommend Autobahn, I'm letting Volvo know of my experience and I plan to reach out to a manager.
