My Experience

Alicia at the Pecos location was wonderful to work with, responding to my questions quickly, I received text alerts on the status of my car just about every day and it was ready when they said it would be. We had an excellent experience using crash champions to fix our vehicle after getting hit. They were clear as to our options for repair, diligent in completing the repair thoroughly and even got it finished a day ahead of schedule. The staff was friendly and easy to work with, readily available and communicated often. We will use Crash Champions again!

I’m saying yes because the remaining issues were addressed and will be fixed next week. But the customer service was great, no problem at all in that regard. Just an ABS light now needs to be fixed and the headlight needs to be buffed as promised.
