My Experience

This is my second experience at Crash Champions. Both times it was exceptional. From the very first call with the front desk girls, I had complete confidence. They told me to come right over with my car and they would handle everything. Everybody seemed to know exactly what was going on, there was no communication issues, everything was handled perfectly. I loved getting text updates from Derek during the entire process. Renting a car through them was an easy process as well. I can’t say enough how they can take a stressful situation I was going thru due to a car accident and make it a completely seamless and exceptional experience. Plus the car looks perfect and comes with a great warranty on their work. Thank you CC Mesa/Baseline.

He kept me in the loop the entire way and made the process really simple explaining what I could expect each step of the way. He set the tone for my experience with Crash Champion, and delivered very professionally on what I hoped to have taken care of given the damages that my vehicle had. The ladies at the front desk and other staff that I interacted with in the process were all very welcoming, efficient, helpful, and it really just left a great impression of crash champions.I would recommend this place to anyone.

I would highly recommend based on my experience. Usually, I’m skeptical about insurance recommended places and usually go get different quotes and get service from independent repair shops aside from recommended repair centers from insurance.

Jennifer was the first to greet me. She was extremely nice and able to answer all the questions I had about the process without having to check with anybody. That immediately made me feel comfortable. I sat down to get a cup of coffee could figure out to use it. She came and helped me make a cup of coffee and then Derik was out soon after to go over the process from their on. He was also extremely nice and informative.
